In Serra and Galino v Paraguay [2017] EWHC 2300, The High Court rejected the appellants claim that their extradition to Paraguay would violate their rights under Article 3 of the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR) since the assurances given by the competent authorities as to prison conditions could be relied upon.
