"Kept" under the Animal Welfare Act 2006 includes where animal kept by another at request of owner (Court of Appeal)

In Wright v Reading Crown Court [2017] EWHC 2643 (Admin) the Court of Appeal confirmed that the definition of "kept" under section 8(1)(h) of the Animal Welfare Act 2006, included the situation where the owner gave the dog to another for that other to keep on her behalf.
