Stay of deportation granted to allow company to challenge it (High Court)

In R (Corbiere Ltd) v Secretary of State for Justice (unreported), 19 September 2017, (Administrative Court), the High Court stayed the deportation of the interested party to allow the company to challenge the Secretary of State for Justice's decision to order the deportation and not to order recall to prison.
