ICO fines PPI company �350,000 for sending record number of unsolicited automated calls

On 14 September 2017, Your Money Rights Ltd was fined �350,000 for a serious breach of regulation 19 of the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 (PECR)(SI2003/2426) in relation to making unsolicited PPI marketing calls.
