The Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) has issued a fine of �45,000 to Cab Guru Limited for sending unlawful direct marketing texts contrary to regulation 22 of the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 (SI 2003/2426).
